What is Temvik?

Temvik is AI bookkeeping software for UK accounting and bookkeeping firms. You upload a client's transactions, Temvik's AI gives each one a first-pass category with a confidence score, you review and correct the suggestions, and then export the reviewed batch to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreshBooks, or as CSV.

Temvik is designed to assist accountants and bookkeepers, not replace them. The AI handles the repetitive first pass; the final categorisation and accounting judgement stay with the professional. Temvik works alongside your accounting software rather than replacing it as the book of record.

Why we built Temvik

Bookkeeping is essential, but much of it is repetitive. We started Temvik to handle the heavy lifting of transaction categorisation — so firms can focus on client relationships, advisory, and growing their practice.
